At Three Tiny Shadows, each item is handmade with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products, please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order:

Pre-Orders

All pre-order items are final sale.

We do not accept cancellations or refunds on pre-orders once they have been placed.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

As these items are made specifically to your request, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Change of Mind

As all of our products are handmade to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please ensure you select the correct size, style, and fabric before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We will work with you to resolve the issue with a repair, replacement, or refund if necessary.
